How tight do you grip the golf club? Try this test. Grip the club as you would normaly and then increase the grip pressure to the maximum very tight this on our scale is number 10 as tight as possible. Now grip the club as loose a s possible you should be able to let your hands slide up and down the grip this is called zero on our scale. Where are you?You are probably over 5 and nearer 10 and when your on the course I can only imgine that your grip pressure will increase. The ideal is about 3/4 where you have control of the club but your hands and arms remain in a relaxed loose position that will enable you to produce the motion you are looking for in your swing. Sounds Easy but takes practise and then you will see the results!
